Roadrunner Enterprises, Inc., dba "Brides In Asia", also dba "Asia Love Tours", hereinafter referred to as "Company", is a private club and match-making service.  The Company reserves the right to deny anyone these services as a private club.  The Company offers numerous match-making services and not everyone will qualify to become a member.  By using our services and websites, you agree to these terms and conditions of use.  If you do not agree to these conditions, do not join our Club and/or membership website.

The Company has a range of fees for different services.  There are NO REFUNDS.  Our REFUND POLICY is that there are NO REFUNDS of deposits or any membership fees.  After paying for any membership for a certain time frame, you may terminate your membership at any time in writing and/or email to info@brides-in-asia.com so that your services are terminated, however, NO REFUND shall be given.  If notice is not given, your membership shall terminate at the end of the term stated in the membership agreement.

Payment of fees for membership in the club and/or fees to join one of our Love Tours does not guarantee results.  By joining our club, you agree to these terms and understand that we cannot guarantee results in finding you a match.  It is also understood that we are introducing our members to prospective dates in other countries.  It is understood that to meet these recommended matches, you must travel to another country.

Depending upon the country that a suitable match is in, you may be required to obtain a VISA to enter that country.  You shall also need a valid passport to travel outside of your current country of residence.  NO REFUNDS of any fees or membership fees shall be given for any reason, including if you cannot obtain the necessary Passport and/or VISA.

Successful results will vary and there are no guarantees for success.  If you choose to not travel to another country to meet a suitable match, the Company is not responsible for you not having a successful match.  You understand that the Ladies in our service cannot travel outside of their respective countries, and it is our Male members that must travel to the Ladies countries to meet them.

The Company may give Brides In Asia members contact information of suitable matches such as email addresses and/or phone numbers.  It is then up to you as the member to initiate contact with your potential match.  You agree to stop contact with a match if the Lady asks you to stop contacting her.  You agree to NOT harass, or be abusive in your contact with our Ladies or your membership may be terminated.

If you participate in one of our Love Tours and travel to another country to meet suitable matches, you also understand that we do not guarantee results.

Memberships are not transferable to another person, and after the membership reaches its' termination date, the membership is terminated.  If the member has not used any of the services that the Company offers during the membership period, the membership still terminates on that termination date with NO REFUND.

If a member pays a deposit for a Love Tour, and/or pays for the Love Tour in its entirety, there are NO REFUNDS.  The deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE, and the remaining fees paid for the Love Tour may be transferable to another tour date at the Company's discretion.  The member understands that the Company restricts the number of members that participates in its' Love Tours and by canceling their trip, causing financial harm to the Company because it cannot replace your position on the Love Tour.  Therefore, the members' fees for the Love Tours are NOT REFUNDABLE.

The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or pirated photos that members submit.  We reserve the right to deny membership at the Company's discretion, submitting photos does not guarantee membership.

You must be at least 18 years of age to be a member of our Club and website.  Membership in our Club or use of our services is invalid where prohibited by law.  By using this site and our services, you represent and warrant that you have the capacity to comply with all of these terms.

You understand that the Ladies in our service our looking for serious long term relationships and marriage.  By joining our club and using our services you agree to remind the Ladies if you are not serious about marriage.

You agree to provide accurate and up to date information about yourself as required.  We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time if we find that you are providing inaccurate or misleading information to us and/or our Ladies.  We may request proof of financial information if you become a member of our Gold and/or Platinum Clubs.

You agree to be honest in your representation of information regarding your current marital status, financial status, infectious diseases, physical handicaps, and whether you have children and/or know whether you are physically able to have children.

We are not responsible for the conduct of the Ladies that you may meet through our services and/or Club.  Please use caution and common sense when dating Ladies from another country and never send money to a woman that you have never met.  Your interactions with Ladies that you meet through our Club and/or website are entirely at your own risk.

We reserve the right to remove any content from your profile, such as photos, emails, and/or messages that we feel violates our terms and/or may be offensive, illegal, or violate the rights and harm the Ladies posted on our site.

No nudity is permitted in any photos on our site and photos with nudity are not allowed to be sent via message or email.

The Company provides FREE translation of email services as part of some of our memberships.  You agree to hold the Company harmless from any damages that these services may cause.  We cannot guarantee the results of these translation services and you understand that certain Asian languages may have different words and meanings during translation.

The Company shall not be liable for any third party's actions and/or their privacy policies.

The Company shall have NO LIABILITY for any claims, damages, losses, costs [including Attorney's fees], or other expenses that arise directly or indirectly out of or from your breach of these terms of use.

PRIVACY POLICY

The Company shall take great care in protecting your private information and data.  These types of information shall be required to be a member of our Club and/or website.

We must have your Personal data along with contact information.  We shall provide this information such as your photos and personal description and contact information to potential Ladies in another country for a match.

Your credit card information shall never be given to anyone and is kept confidential.  We only use highly reputable companies such as PayPal to process payments and they have the highest security available.  Our payment processing platform uses a secure server.

Your information is never given and/or sold to a third party company.

Cookies and historical information of each time that you visit our website(s) from your computer are gathered automatically, such as your computer platform, IP address and country among other information.  We track this information to make our services better and to optimize our offerings.

Your email address shall only be used by the Company to contact you, it will not be sold to any third parties.

Your emails and messages sent to the Ladies in our service shall be only visible by the Ladies and our staff at the Company.  We reserve the right to not send emails that contain abusive, inflammatory, and/or vulgar language.  You understand that our translation service requires that our staff reads and translates your letters to the Ladies and also from the Ladies back to you.

By using our services you agree to these terms of use, the refund policy, and our privacy policy.  The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time and they become effective immediately upon posting them on our website(s).
